MAMMALIAN KIDNEY
The kidney is a bean shaped reddish brown organ located at the posterior end of the abdomen.
Over one million fine nerves tubules called the urinary tubule pass through out both regions,they open at the tip of the triangular shaped masses of tissues called pyramids,the pyramid open into a turnel shaped cavity called the pelvis the kidney has many tiny capillaries which are branches of the renal artery and the renal vein.
FORMATION OF URINE.
The process involved in the formation of urine are in three phases namely;
- Ultra Filtration.
- Selective Reabsorption.
- Hormonal Secretion.
- Ultra filtration;From the branches of the renal artery,the blood passes into the glomeruli in the Bowman’s capsule. Water,Urea,nitrogenous compounds,plasmic solutes are filtered into the capsule.
- Selective Reabsorption; The fluid in the capsule of the glomerular filtraate now flows down the tubule at the proximal convoluted tubule and Henle’s loop,some water,sugar and amino acids are reabsorped back into the blood stream.
- Hormonal Secretion; This Fluid in the tubule become more concentrated as it flows through the distal convoluted tubule where more water is reabsorped by the action of Anti Diuretic Hormones (ADH) and urine is finally formed.
KIDNEY FAILURE.
Kidney may fail for a number of reasons.High blood pressure and diabetes are common causes of kidney failure.In such cases,kidney failure may occur over a few years.
Constant heavy drinking of alcohol may also cause the kidney to slowly lose their function.
DISEASES OF THE KIDNEY.
- Kidney stones; They are small solids of concentrated minerals formed in the urine.As the kidney stone grow larger and obstruct the flow of urine in the kidney tubule, bacteria may be trapped in the tubules resulting in bacterial infection.
- Dropsy;Also known as oedema,it is a condition characterised by the accumulation of fluid beneath the skin and swellings.It can result from certain kidney diseases in which excessive protein are excreted out in the urine.

Growth of facial hair is natural,however when there is excess growth on the neck,checks and the worst of all the chest area.

- Bleaching;Camouflage the hair and make them less noticeable.Make the colour match your skin tone.You can do it at home.
Cons.
Exposing the hair to sunlight within an hour or less than may result in skin irritations. Regular bleaching can cause skin damages due to the presence of chemical in the bleach.
HOW TO GET RID OF PIMPLEs
- Use ice.
- Tooth paste(white)avoid gel.
- Tomato puree.
- Cucumber puree.
- Papaya puree.
